Matthew has been training and certifying professionals in Behavioral Management Systems for over 15 years. presently based in Utah, His background includes being a military trained interrogator and linguist, martial artist for 30+ years, Licensed Massage Therapist with a background in Chinese Medicine.
Jason has worked as a graphic designer and web security specialist for over 20 years and heads the product development department. He is a military veteran, having served as an Air Force Military Police officer around the world.
We understand the need for effective communication skills. All of our behavior is reflected in the way we communicate to those around us. Because of this, our central focus in all our programs is to help our clients develop and understand the impact of of verbal and non-verbal communication.
Communication skills are necessary to create the 3Rs: Respect, Rapport and Relationships. It is our goal to use the 3Rs with everyone we interact with, guests, patients and staff alike. Effective communication skills are crucial in our de-escalation and crisis intervention tool box. These communication tools are used with every interaction had with patients and guests.
Force is not always the answer when needing to use a physical intervention. We understand the physical structure of the human body and how to use safe structural restraints which are very effective and safe when we need a gentle option. When being gentle is no longer an option, we teach restraint skills to effectively contain violent offenders until law enforcement are able to take over.
