Violence and against healthcare workers occurs in all types of settings, from busy emergency rooms to surgery centers, from mental-health clinics to nursing homes. Too often, violence is accepted as being just part of the job and has a long-standing history in the industry. This isn't supposed to be part of your job.

Our Mission
Everyone deserves to work in a safe working environment. Teaching healthcare workers how to redirect a patient and stay safe while having compassion during a crisis is essential. We need to respond with respect and appropriate force when aggression or violence is occurring. This is Our Mission.
Safety and You
Awareness is the first step in safety. Recognizing the warning signs can help us to redirect the crisis and hopefully de-escalate the situation before it becomes a problem. Awareness, training and experience are essential to safety.
